Job Description

The Logistics & Hospitality Sales Coordinator is responsible for the flow of goods to all wholesale accounts as well as the direct support to the strongly growing sales practice in the top-hospitality market:


  • plan and coordinate international shipments of goods
  • secure timely delivery to clients
  • order entry
  • produce sales invoices and credit notes
  • manage client relationships
  • resolve customer issues
  • collaborate with business partners to ensure smooth functioning of processes
  • support sales teams, including marketing runs, events, special projects

Hospitality Sales Support

  • Support hospitality sales leaders directly▪ plan routes, appointments, client follow-ups, etc.,
    ▪ coordinate offers with wholesalers
    ▪ prepare sales presentations
  • Customer relationship management▪ collaborate closely with wholesaler partners
    ▪ support key account management
    ▪ manage customer relationship directly
    ▪ participate in automatization of customer relationship management (CRM software and process protocols)
  • Others
    ▪ plan and participate in hospitality events
    ▪ prepare listings for bigger clients
    ▪ arrange samples delivery

Qualifications and winning candidate characteristics

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3-5 years successful working experience in sales support & logistics
  • Ideally experience and affinity with gastronomy & hospitality
  • Sound general admin skills
  • Comfort with CRM, Accounting and Office software; ideally able to take project lead in maturing CRM use & protocols
  • Articulate and convincing in German and English both, written and oral
  • Preferably fluent in Dutch
  • Customer-friendly and diligent by nature
  • Self-starting and self-sufficient
  • Team player
  • Comfortable across cultures and able to occasionally work according to various time zones

Office space at the Groene Bocht (www.degroenebocht.nl; Keizersgracht 452) Possible to partially work from home.

Remuneration in line with company practice and based on candidate CV and final work agreement.
