Cusco Chuncho Oat Cookies

Serves: 4 Chocolate used:
Cusco Chuncho
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Mash the bananas and mix with oat flakes until getting a smooth dough. Chop the chocolate and nuts and add to the mass. Put small heaps on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 150° for about 15 minutes.
You can vary the ingredients as you like, instead of chocolate and nuts, you can use cacao nibs and dates or cranberries etc.
2 ripe bananas
150g oat flakes
70g Cusco Chuncho 100%, chopped
a handfull of nuts
