Chocolate cake with Cru Virunga


Serves: 4-6 Chocolate used:
Cru Virunga
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 30 minutes and up

Preparation
  1. Melt butter, cream and chocolate in a water bath. Then, dissolve the sugar in the hot cream by stirring constantly.
  2. Mix the eggs together and add them to the chocolate cream until you get a homogenous mass.
  3. Fold everything into a greased springform pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Leave to cool down and then remove from the pan. Put in the fridge over night.
  4. Then, cover with Cru Virunga couverture.
