Chocolate cake with Cru Virunga

- Melt butter, cream and chocolate in a water bath. Then, dissolve the sugar in the hot cream by stirring constantly.
- Mix the eggs together and add them to the chocolate cream until you get a homogenous mass.
- Fold everything into a greased springform pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Leave to cool down and then remove from the pan. Put in the fridge over night.
- Then, cover with Cru Virunga couverture.

300ml whipping cream
430g Original Beans Cru Virunga 70% chocolate
