Cru Virunga Cherry Muffins

Serves: 6 (12 pieces) Chocolate used:
Cru Virunga
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C, grease muffin mold and chop chocolate.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder, add sugar.
  3. Add apple puree, oil, almond milk, cherries and chopped chocolate.
  4. Distribute the dough in the muffin mold and bake for 15-20 minutes.

70g Original Beans Cru Virunga 70%

260g spelt flour

2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

100g sugar

2 tblsp. apple puree

1 jar morello cherries

80g oil

200g almond milk or carbonated mineral water
