Strawberry Hot Chocolate

Serves: 1 Chocolate used:
Cru Virunga
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. Heat 250 ml of full cream milk to 80 degrees Celsius in a mug and pour over 30g of 70% dark chocolate in a tall jug.
  2. Add to this 3.5g of freeze dried strawberries and 5g of cane sugar, then blend with an immersion blender.
  3. Strain the mixture through a sieve back into the warm mug and enjoy!
