Piura Porcelana brownies with raspberries


Serves: 4 Chocolate used:
Piura Porcelana
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 30 minutes and up

Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Put all other ingredients, except for the raspberries, in a large bowl and mix. Add the chocolate and stir until you get a smooth dough.
  3. Pour the dough in a greased cake pan and bake for 5 minutes in  a preheated oven at 160°C.
  4. Then, spread the raspberries over the cake, press down gently and bake again for 30 minutes. Leave to cool down before cutting.

20g coconut flakes

50g margarine

50ml neutral oil

1 teaspoon baking powder

200ml soy or almond milk

20g cocoa powder

130g brown cane sugar

125g Original Beans Piura Porcelana 75%

125g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
