Piura Porcelana brownies with raspberries
|Preparation time:||30 minutes and up|
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- Put all other ingredients, except for the raspberries, in a large bowl and mix. Add the chocolate and stir until you get a smooth dough.
- Pour the dough in a greased cake pan and bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C.
- Then, spread the raspberries over the cake, press down gently and bake again for 30 minutes. Leave to cool down before cutting.

50ml neutral oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
200ml soy or almond milk
20g cocoa powder
