Ingredients

  • 500 g rucola

  • 1 unit mango

  • 100 g soft goat cheese

  • 1 unit shallot

  • 20 g Cusco Chuncho

  • 1 tbs Olive Oil

  • 1 ts Balsamico Vinegar

  • 1 p Salt and pepper

Preparation

Salad

  1. Wash and marinate rucola with olive oil and vinegar.

  2. Slice mango and goat cheese and cut shallot into fine stripes.

  3. Place the marinated rucola in the middle of the plate and mango and goat cheese around.

  4. Spread shallot over the salad.

  5. Chop Cusco Chuncho and also spread over the salad.
