Granola with Yoghurt and Cusco Chuncho

Serves: 1 Chocolate used:
Cusco Chuncho
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 30 minutes and up

  1. Mix together oat flakes, quinoa (popped), sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and nuts. Slowly add in the honey and vegetable oil and stir until no big lumps remain. The liquids should now have spread out evenly.
  2. Bake for 20 min at a temperature of 160°C until the Granola turns golden brown.
  3. Mix the yoghurt with the chopped Cusco Chuncho 100% chocolate pieces and cut figs into small pieces.
  4. Mix all ingredients.

150 g oat flakes
150 g quinoa (popped)
100 g sunflower seeds
100 g pumpkin seeds
100 g honey
50 ml vegetable oil
100 g nuts (of your choice)

100g joghurt
20g Original Beans Cusco Chuncho
