Boozy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 100 g Original Beans Femmes de Virunga 55%

  • 100 g Original Beans Cru Virunga 70%

  • 250 g Milk

  • 100 g Spiced Rum

  • 1 p Sea Salt

Preparation

  1. Add milk, chocolates and salt in a medium sauce pan and place over a low to medium heat to melt slowly, stirring occasionally with a whisk. Try not to boil.

  2. Once completely melted remove from heat and use an immersion blender to fully emulsify.

  3. Add rum and serve.
