Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 250 g spelt flour

  • 50 g oat flour

  • 2 ts baking powder

  • 300 g greek yoghurt

  • 300 g almond milk

  • 2 unit eggs

  • 2 tbs coconut oil + 1 extra

  • 30 g Original Beans Chocolate Cru Virunga 70%

  • 1 unit jam of your choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and all liquid ingredients in another bowl.

  2. Mix the dry and the liquid ingredients together until the dough is smooth and free from little lumps.

  3. Melt the chocolate and stir it into the dough.

  4. Heat up one tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan. Add a scoop of dough. Bake it until it creates little bubbles. Then it is time to flip it and bake the other side.

  5. To create a stack of pancakes, layer four pancakes and spread one tablespoon of jam in between each pancake. Spread some chocolate bits on top.
