Earthy Dark Chocolate Ice Cream “Virunga”

A delicious ice cream recipe to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 70 g Original Beans Virunga 70%

  • 125 g organic cream

  • 125 ml organic milk

  • 3 unit egg yolk

  • 50 g sugar

Preparation

  1. Beat the sugar with 60 g egg yolk (3 eggs).

  2. Bring 1/8 l cream and 1/8 l milk to the boil, add to the whipped egg yolk while boiling and stir.

  3. Dissolve the chocolate in the warm mixture and freeze in the ice-cream maker.
