Strawberry ice cream with warm chocolate sauce

300 g Strawberries and some for decoration. Try the old varieties like Mieze Schindler and Lambada Strawberry
75 g Icing sugar
200 g Whipped cream
70 g Piura Malingas 75%
Take Strawberries that are a little more ripe, freeze on a tray, then put in a bag and freeze overnight.
Defrost strawberries for approx. 5 minutes.
Place strawberries and icing sugar in a tall container.
Add whipped cream and puree immediately with a hand blender slowly but with constant pressure. If the strawberries are too hard, add some more cream or allow everything to defrost for a few minutes.
Place the mass in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes.
Chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath.
Remove the melted chocolate and let it cool down a little.
Cut large scoops of ice cream and serve immediately and pour some chocolate over them.
Decorate with fresh strawberries.
