Ingredients

  • 75 g Cashews

  • 300 ml Water

  • 2 tbs Original Beans Edel Weiss Chefs Chocolate Buttons

  • 1 p nutmeg

  • 1 p ground ginger

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews for 30 minutes in water then blend until thick and creamy.

  2. Pass the mixture through a sieve.

  3. Put the cashew puree, the chocolate buttons and the nutmeg into a saucepan and heat slowly until the chocolate has melted.

  4. Add more water in case the mixture is too thick.

  5. Serve in cups and finely grate some fresh ginger on top.
