Growers' Chocolate Amazonas Bright 68% is no ordinary product. It is produced directly in Piura, Peru, in close collaboration with our long-standing partner, the Norandino cacao cooperative. The farmers there cultivate the rare Amazonas cacao, known for its unique flavour profile: bright tropical fruits, coconut, citrus notes, and a hint of sweet almond blossom.

This organic couverture has been specially developed for the culinary sector, chocolatiers, and the craft chocolate scene. Perfect for anyone who values the highest quality, sustainability, and exceptional flavours. With 500g blocks, it’s ideal for professional use.
