Ice Cream 
  1. Beat the sugar with 60 g egg yolk (3 eggs).
  2. Bring 1/8 l cream and 1/8 l milk to the boil, add to the whipped egg yolk while boiling and stir.
  3. Dissolve the chocolate in the warm mixture and freeze in the ice-cream maker.
  1. Garnish with some of our Cacao Nibs.
