We will process and ship your order within one day after receipt of payment.

When products are temporarily out of stock, we will create a backorder and inform you via email. As soon as the product is available again, we will ship it immediately and without charging transport costs.

We use DPD for our transport. The delivery time is usually within 1-3 days. However, we want to make sure that you get it in perfect shape. In hot periods we might therefore wait some days with the shipment until the temperature has cooled down. Thank you very much for your patience!

All these charges are for the sole account of the customer.

Returns

You can return products within 14 days after delivery.

For this purpose, you can either use the standard online cancellation form provided by us or send a clear email to [email protected], mentioning the product and the quantity you want to return. Please also state your name and address and the invoice number for the original delivery.


Customers have to take care of transport of the products to be returned and bear the costs thereof.


Original Beans B.V. will confirm receipt of the cancellation documents and refund the amount for the products involved. Returned products need to be received by Original Beans B.V. in their original state otherwise we can not refund them.
