Adam Handling

Our friends at Adam Handling Chocolate Shop prepared some delicious seasonal bonbons using our Esmeraldas, Virunga, and Cusco origins. In their limited Xmas Boxes, you'll find delicious seasonal pralines such as mulled wine, Christmas pudding, and roasted cinnamon. Paul Stradling, head chocolatier at Adam Handling, mostly uses our Piura 75% and Beni Wild 66% for his delicious treats. He first discovered his love for chocolate while training as a pastry chef. Now, he crafts his beautifully delicious bonbons with Original Beans chocolate not only for the taste but also for shared values and ethics: regenerative farming, fair wages, and support for local and indigenous communities.

Pâtisserie Lumière

Our longstanding partner, Chocolaterie La Mara, is once again offering seasonal vegan delights. Look forward to praline boxes with flavours like Germknödel filled with plum jam and poppy vanilla ganache, plum-cinnamon, speculoos-crunch, and orange-caramel creations. Our friends at Codos & Black Apron decided to put together a lovely Hamper Box filled with seasonal treats. Among these, our Virunga 70% and Esmeraldas 42% minibars. For seasonal creations made with Original Beans chocolate, their café and bakery are always worth a trip.
